CITY OF SEwARD, ALASKA
RESOLUTION NO. 838
WHEREAS, improvements to the City's existing water and
sewer systems need to be made, and
WHEREAS, Federal and State funds are available to meet
a portion of the cost of improvements to the water and
sewer systems,
NOw, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COQNCIL OF THE
CITY OF SEVARD, ALASKA, that City l'4anager James R. Filip
is hereby authorized and directed to make application for
available funds to assist in the construction of these
needed improvements.
PASSED AND APPROVED by the City Council of the City of
Seward, Alaska, this _ 22nd day of November, 1971.
