Fitrp, v CITY OF SEWARD, ALASKA C.City Clerk-Treasurer RESOLUTION NO. 839 WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Seward, Alaska, authorized the sale of a quonset hut now located on the grounds of the former Jesse Lee Home, and WHEREAS, this sale was to be conducted by sealed bid, and WHEREAS, the quonset was offered for sale on condition that it be removed from the City Limits, NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Seward, Alaska: Section 1: That a Public Hearing regarding the pro- posed sale has been held. Section 2: That Section 2-84 of the City Code insofar as it requires a thirty-day posting period is hereby declared not to be in the public interest. Section 3: That the bid received from Louis E. Dick, Jr., is the highest and best bid received and that upon payment in full of $200.00 he is hereby authorized to take possession of the Quonset hut.
