THE CITY OF SE~ARD
RESOLUTION NO. 845 ~
WHEREAS, the City of Seward conducted a public bid sale of
certain tax foreclosed properties, and
WHEREAS, bids were received for selected parcels,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the
City of Seward, Alaska, that the following bids be awarded:
A. Lots 24 & 25, Block 10, Laubner Addition
(A. L. Lintner)
B. Lot 1, Block 11, Cliff Addition 400.00
(A. L. Lintner)
$ 765.00
C. Lots 37 and ~8, Block 28, Original Townsite. 850.00
(Bruce C. Sieminski)
D. Section 35, Township 1 North, Range 1 West,
Lot 12 and that portion of Lot 13 within the '
City of Seward. $1,000.00

BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that copies of this resolution shall
be posted as is the case for resolutions disposing of real
property and that said posting shall take place for thirty(30)
days at which time the sales become effective.
PASSED AND APPROVED by the City Council of the City of Seward,
this 24th day of January, 1972.

}.ND BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Manager andth. City
Clerk-Treasurer are further instructeg ~hat should any of
these accounts be-paid, then such paie accounts shall be revived
in the manner set out iQ applicable manuals prepared by the
Municipal Accounting Association, Federal power commission, or
Federal Utilities commission, exceptutllity or miscellaneous
receivable accounts upon which fton-~ppealed judgement has been
entered by the Alaska Court system as uncollectible by the city
of seward, which accounts shall be written off forever.

and approval.
