THE CITY OF SEWARD
RESOLtn'ION NO. 849
WHEREAS, The City of Seward has called for bids for the con-
struction of a wharf in the Municipal Small Boat Harbor. and
WHEREAS, the bids received at the bid opening for this pro-
ject have been received and tabulated, and
WHEREAS, the apparent low bidder is Christianson Construction
Company, Inc., and Healy-Tibbitts Construction Company, a joint
venture,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City
of Seward, Alaska, that the wharf construction project, EllA
Project No. 07-01-00701, be and is hereby awarded to Christian-
son Construction Company, Inc., and Healy-Tibbitts Construction
Company, a joint venture.
This Resolution shall be effective on the date of its passage and
approval.
Passed and Approved by the City Council of the City of Seward,
Alaska, this 22nd day of February, 1972.
