RESOUJTION NO. 852
WHEREAS, the City of Seward conducted a DubUc bid sale of
Ct:!r'l,aln tax foreclosed properties, and

NOW, 'ffiEREIiURE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the
City of Seward, Alaska, that the following bids be awarded:
A. Lots 26 thru 30, Block 10, Laubner Addition

BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that copies of this I'esolution shall
be posted as is the case for resolutions disposing of real
property and that said posting shall take place for thirty (30)
days at which titre the sales become effective.
PASSED AND APPROVED by the City Counell of the City of Seward,
