WHEREAS, developnent can be st1mulated by mdem methods

HCM, '.mEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City of Seward
actively supports the construction of a facility which w1l1
permit the residents ot the Seward area to receive television
si[g:lals f'ran Anchorage station lIDl) - rw and,
BE IT Ji'URniER RESOLVID that the City ot Seward
goes on record as being in favor ot the 1S8t.18nC8 ot the license
needed f'ran the Federal Camun1cations Call1d.ssion.
