RESOLUTION 2003-043
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SEWARD,
ALASKA, AUTHORIZING SIGNATURES FOR THE CO-LOCATED
HEALTH FACILITY DOING BUSINESS AS PROVIDENCE SEWARD
MEDICAL CENTER AND PROVIDENCE WESLEY CARE CENTER
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SEWARD,
ALASKA, that:
Section 1. Any two of the following Providence representatives' signatures shall appear
on all checks, drafts, notes, wire-transfers or orders drawn against the co-located health facility
owned by the City of Seward and operated by Providence Seward Medical Center at Wells Fargo

Section 2. Anyone ofthe above persons shall have access to and full power to remove
the contents of and to exchange or surrender the safe deposit boxes rented by Providence Seward
Medical Center or Providence Wesley Care Center.
Section 3. This resolution shall take effect immediately upon its adoption.
PASSED AND APPROVED by the City Council of the City of Seward, Alaska, this 28th
day of April, 2003.
