THE CITY OF SEWARD, ALASKA
RESOLUTION NO. 868
WHEREAS, the United States of America desires to enter
into an option to purchase real property, and
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Seward desires
to approve this option for Tract A-I, Jesse Lee Heights
Subdivision, Addition No.1,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF SEWARD, ALASKA, that said option is hereby
approved and the City Manager is hereby authorized and
ins eructed to endorse it on behalf of the City.
This Resolution takes effect immediately upon passage
and approva 1.
PASSED AND APPROVED by the City Council of the City of
Seward, Alaska, this day of ,
