CITY OF SE.WARD, A.LASKA
Resolution No. 871
WHEREAS, the EUREKA and the PG-72 have sunk within the conf'ines of the
Seward Small Boat Harbor, and
WHEREAS, little effort has been detected on the part of the vessels
owner to raise and rennve these sunken craft, and
WHEREAS, the Seward Harbor Conmission) has reconmended these vessels be
declared a nuisance, in a rootion taken and passed unaniroously at their
regular meeting held on Wednesday) JVarch 28, 1973,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the CollIOOn Council of the City of
Seward, Alaska, that the "EUREKA" and the "PG-72" are hereby declared
to be pUblic nuisances and the City Manager be and he is hereby
d:1rected to proceed with abatement as provided in Section 5-20 of the
Seward Code of Ordinances.
PASSED AND APPROVED by the Conm::m Council of the City of Seward, Alaska,
this 2nd day of April, 1973. ~
