RESOLurION NO. 900
BE 1'1' RESOLVED, that the City Manager's Municipal Budget for the 1974-1975 Fiscal
Year, including the letter of presentation which is a part thereof, am containing
est:lmated revenues and expenditures as follows, BE AOOPI'ED, ani that the mney ne-
eded therefore is hereby appropriated; and
BE IT FURI'HSR RESOLVED, that the total assessed valuation assessed by the Borough
Assessor, and any supplemental assessment rolls for said period which nay be cer-
tified by the Borough Assessor at a future date, shall be the basis for computing
estinB.ted revenues of the City of Seward.

AA'D BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that the rate of levy on the 1974 real and personal
property tax rolls shall be and is hereby levied at the rate of twenty (20)
mills per dollar of assessed valuation, except that the rate of levy on boats
and vessels shall be and is hereby levied at the rate of Five ($5.00) dollars
each on a boat or vessel of less than five (5) net registered or certificated
tons and at the rate of Fifteen ($15.00) dollars each on a boat or vessel of
rrore than five (5) net registered or certificated tons.
This Resolution shall be effective on the date of its passage and approval.
Passed and approved by the City Council of the City of Seward, Alaska, this
JL day of April, 1974.
