RESOLUTION NO. 902
WHEREAS, the City of Seward has received an offer of
grant from the Economic Development Administration
for water system improvements, and
WHEREAS, this project is further identified as Project
No. 07-0101394, and
WHEREAS, the Common Council of the City of Seward has
determined the project will benefit the community,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Common Council
of the City of Seward, Alaska, that the Offer of Grant
for water system improvements is hereby accepted, and
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that Resolution No. 901, passed
and approved on April 22nd, 1974, is hereby rescinded.
This Resolution shall be effective immediately upon
passage and approval.
PASSED AND APPROVED by the Common Council of the City
of Seward, Alaska, this 13th day of May, 1974.
