WHEREAS, the State of Alaska, the Kenai Peninsula Borough
and the City of Seward have cooperated in the construction
am developrent of the Resurrection River Road, and
WHEREAS, the Kenai Peninsula Borough has received funds
!'rom the state of Alaska for Local Service lbads am
Trails, and
WHERE/\::), a portion of these funds may still be available
for road construction purposes.
NOW, ~, BE IT RESOLVED by the ComIPn Council of the
City of Seward that the Kenai Peninsula Borough Assembly 1s
hereby requested to support the experxtlture of Borough f\Jnds
in the anDunt of $30,000.00 for the continued construotion of
the Resurrection River Road project.
Passed and approved this 12th day of August, 1974.
