THE CITY OF SEWARD
RESOLUTION NO. 920
WHEREAS, the City of Seward proposes to improve ita
sewerage .ystem, and
WHEREAS, the State of Alaska Department of Environ-
mental Conservation has offered a grant of State
funds not to exceed $11,875.00 to be applied to
financing these improvements,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the COIIIDCm Council
of the City of Seward, Alaska, that this offer 1s
ME.by accepted.
This Resolution is effective on the day of passage
and approval.
PASSED AND APPROVED by the Common Council of the City
of Seward, Alaska, this l6th day of June, 1975.
