CITY OF SEWARD, ALASKA
RESOLUTION NO. 963
A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE EXTENSION
OF THE LEASE WITH JOHN SMITH
OF LOT EIGHT (8), BLOCK ONE (1), MARINA SUBDIVISION
WHEREAS, the Seward City Council finds that it is in the public
interest to extend the lease of Lot Eight (8), Block One (1), Marina
Subdivision, for an additional period of fourteen (14) months;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF SEWARD, ALASKA, THAT:
Section 1. The lease extension attached to this resolution is
hereby approved, and the City Manager is authorized and directed to execute
it.
Section 2. This resolution shall become effective immediately upon
passage.
PASSED AND APPROVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SEWARD,
ALASKA, this 4th day of October, 1976.
