CITY OF SEWARD, ALASKA
RESOLUTION NO. 967
A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE EXTENSION
OF THE LEASE WITH JOHN SMITH
OF LOT THREE (3), BLOCK ONE (1), MARINA SUBDIVISION
WHEREAS, the Seward City Council finds it is in the public interest
to extend the lease of Lot Three (3), Block One (1), Marina Subdivision, for
an additional period of approximately nine (9) years and six (6) months;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
SEWARD, ALASKA, THAT:
Section 1. The lease extension attached to this resolution is hereby
approved and the City Manager is authorized and directed to execute the document.
Section 2. This resolution shall become effective thirty (30) days
after adoption, passage and posting, in accordance with Section 2-81 through
2-85 of the Seward City Code of Ordinances.
PASSED AND APPROVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SEWARD,
ALASKA, this 22nd day of November, 1976.
