RESOLUTION NO. 77-4
A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING SIGNATURES FOR
CITY BANK ACCOUNTS AND RESCINDING ALL
PREVIOUS RESOLUTIONS IN CONFLICT HEREWITH
BE IT RESOLVED, that all resolutions conflicting herewith are
hereby rescinded, and
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that any two of the following signatures
shall appear on all checks, drafts, notes or orders drawn against the below
captioned accounts maintained by the City of Seward, Alaska:
