CITY OF SEWARD, ALASKA
RESOLUTION NO. 77-20
A RESOLUTION RELATING TO THE
CITY OF SEWARD ZONING ORDINANCE,
SETTING THE FEE FOR SPECIAL PERMIT APPLICATIONS
WHEREAS, the City of Seward had adopted Ordinance No. 436
entitled, "An Ordinance Establishing a Zoning Plan for the City of
Seward, Alaska", and
WHEREAS, Section 21.44.20 of that ordinance specifies that
the Seward City Council will establish a fee schedule to cover a
significant portion of the administrative costs associated with pro-
cessing conditional use permits and variance requests;
NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the
City of Seward, Alaska, that a fee in the amount of $75 shall accompany
each application for a variance or a conditional use permit until such
time as this resolution may be amended or repealed.
PASSED AND APPROVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SEWARD,
ALASKA, this 27th day of June , 1977.
