CITY OF SEWARD, ALASKA
RESOLUTION NO. 81-39
A RESOLUTION AMENDING CITY OF SEWARD RESOLUTION
NO. 81-37, IDENTIFYING THE CAPITAL PROJECTS AND
THE AMOUNT ALLOCATED TO EACH PROJECT IN ACCORDANCE
WITH HCS CSSB 168 (FINANCE) 1981 SESSION.
WHEREAS, HCS CSSB 168 (Finance) 1981 requires a reso-
lution to identify capital projects and the amount of money
allocated to each project, as well as the total entitlement
for the City; and
WHEREAS, the City is entitled to receive $535 for each
of the 1,843 people residing within the City boundaries for
a total of $986,005; and
WHEREAS, on August 24, 1981, the Seward City Council
approved Resolution No. 81-37, appropriating the State funds
to various local projects; and
WHEREAS, the Seward City Council wishes to amend those
appropriations as cited in Resolution No. 81-37 by deleting
the Small Boat Harbor fuel dock relocation project and in-
creasing the allocation to the 1981 street paving improve-
ment project;
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF SEWARD, ALASKA, THAT:
Section 1. The $986,005 received under the

Section 2. This resolution takes effect immediately
upon its adoption.
