CITY OF SEWARD, ALASKA
RESOLUTION NO. 81-41
A RESOLUTION ACCEPTING A GRANT INCREASE FROM THE STATE OF ALASKA,
DEPARTMENT OF ENVIRONMENTAL CONSERVATION FOR THE
SKILL CENTER SE~fER LINE PROJECT
WHEREAS, the State of Alaska Department of Environmental Conser-
vation awarded a grant to the City in the amount of $65,300 towards the Skill
Center Sewer Line Project, and
WHEREAS, the State of Alaska Department of Environmental
Conservation is awarding a grant increase not to exceed $37,470 to be
applied toward the financing of additional construction cost due to increased
length of the project;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF SEWARD,
ALASKA, that:
Section 1. The City Manager is authorized and directed to
accept a grant increase from the State of Alaska Department of Environmental
Conservation in the amount of $37,470 for the Skill Center Sewer Line project.
Section 2. This resolution takes effect immediately upon its
adoption.
PASSED AND APPROVED by the City Council of the City of Seward,
