CITY OF SEWARD, ALASKA
RESOLUTION NO. 82-15
A RESOLUTION SELECTING LAND FROM THE
STATE OF ALASKA PUSUANT TO A.S. 29.18.210
WHEREAS, the City of Seward did nominate approximately
19.235 acres of State land located within the City pursuant
to Resolution No. 79-18, adopted May 14, 19791
WHEREAS, the City desires to select this land in
accordance with A.S. 29.18.2101
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF SEWARD, ALASKA that:
Section 1. The following lands are hereby selected
from the State of Alaska for conveyance to the City of
Seward pursuant to the provisions of the Munciapal
Entitlement Act, as amended:
(1) Tract A, U.S. Survey 1116, TIS, RIW,
Seward Meridian, containing 18.39 acres.
(2) Lots 1 and 2, 8 through 12, Block 19,
and Lots 1 and 2, Block 11 within U.S.
Survey 1116, TIS, RIW, Seward Meridian,
containing approximately .845 acres.
Section 2. This resolution takes effect immediately
upon its adoption.
PASSED AND APPROVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
SEWARD, ALASKA this 12th day of Ap,.n 1982.
