CITY OF SEWARD, ALASKA
RESOLUTION NO. 82-2l
A RESOLUTION APPROVING A FINANCIAL ADVISORY
AGREEMENT WITH FIRST SOUTHWEST COMPANY
WHEREAS, the City of Seward from time to time will be
constructing public improvements requiring the authorization and
issuance of Bonds and/or other obligations in amounts and types not now
determinable, and is that connection in the sale, issuance and delivery
of such Bonds and/or other obligations, desires to obtain the professional
services of a financial advisor; and
WHEREAS, First Southwest Company has served as financial
advisors to the City of Seward since 1979, and
WHEREAS, the City of Seward desires to retain the
services of First Southwest Company as Financial Advisors to the City;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF SEWARD, ALASKA, THAT:
Section 1. The Financial Advisory Agreement dated March
3l, 1982 between the City of Seward and First Southwest Company is
hereby accepted and approved.
Section 2. The Mayor or his designee is authorized to
execute the Financial Advisory Agreement.
PASSED AND APPROVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
SEWARD, ALASKA this 26 day of April , 1982.
