CITY OF SEWARD, ALASKA
RESOLUTION NO. 82-27
A RESOLUTION AMENDING THE 1981-82 FISCAL YEAR BUDGET BY
INCREASING FUNDS FROM CONTRACT AND LEGAL ADMINISTRATION,
WHEREAS, the City Council appropriated certain monies in the fiscal
year 1981-82 budget; and
WHEREAS, the City is projected to receive approximately $284,300 in
additional Contract and Legal Administration revenues during the
fiscal year 1981-82;
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
SEWARD, ALASKA, THAT:

The sum of $284,300 be appropriated from
