RESOLUTION NO. 82-33
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF SEWARD, ALASKA, AWARDING CONTRACT FOR
CONSTRUCTION OF SHALL BOAT HARBOR FISH
CLEANING FACILITY TO WELLS-BUILT HOMES, INC.
WHEREAS, the construction of a Small Boat Harbor Fish
Cleaning Facility was advertised for public bid, and
WHEREAS, a prebid conference was held by the Ci ty on
May 4, 1982, and
WHEREAS, funds are available and were budgeted for this
project by the City of Seward, Resolution No. 82-10, in the
aMount of TWENTY-FOUR THOUSAND NINE HUNDRED TWENTY-SIX AND NO/lOO
DOLLARS ($24,926.00), and

WHEREAS, it is anticipated with administrative
engineering, and construction, the above budget will be
and will have to be amended upon completion of the

WHEREAS, one bid was received and opened on May 13,
1982, and
WHEREAS, Wells-Built Homes, Inc., was sole bidder with
a bid of TWENTY-THREE THOUSAND THREE HUNDRED AND NO/lOa DOLLARS
($23,300.00), and
WHEREAS, engineers employed by the City of Seward have
reviewed the bid documents submitted by the bidder and have
recommended that the bid be awarded to Wells-Built Homes, Inc.~
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF SEWARD, ALASKA, that:
Section 1. An award of the contract for the Small Boat
Harbor Fish Cleaning Facility is hereby made to Wells-Built
HOI'les, Inc., for a pr ice not to exceed TWENTY-THREE THOUSAND
THREE HUNDRED AND NO/lOO DOLLARS ($23,300.00).
Section 2. If administrative expenses, engineering,
and construction exceed the bUdget allowed by the City of Seward,
Resolution No. 82-10, the budget will be amended upon completion
of the project.
