RESOLUTION NO. 82- 45
A RESOLUTION IN COMPLIANCE WITH SECTION
16-10 OF THE SEWARD CITY CODE DESIGNATING THE
HOURS FOR A SPECIAL EXCEPTION HOLIDAY AND
REPEALING RESOLUTION NO. 80-33
WHEREAS, Section 16-10 of the Seward City Code requires the
City Council to fix the hours of a holiday during which a special
exception to the transient merchant ordinance is applicable.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City
of Seward, Alaska that:
Section 1. The designated hours of the special exception
holiday of July 4, 1982, commence at 12:00 noon on July 2, 1982, and end
at 6: p. m., on July 6, 1982.
Section 2. This hour designation shall apply to each July 4th
holiday until changed by subsequent resolution.
PASSED AND APPROVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SEWARD,
ALASKA, this 14th day of June, 1982.
