RESOLUTION NO. 82-48
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SEWARD, ALASKA
SETTING THE SALARY FOR THE CITY CLERK AND RESCINDING
ALL PRIOR RESOLUTIONS IN CONFLICT HEREWITH
WHEREAS, Linda S. Murphy has been permanently appointed to
the position of City Clerk for the City of Seward, Alaska, to perform,
or provide for the performance, of all of the duties of said office as
described in Section 5.5 of the Seward Home Rule Charter, Section 2.30.-
080 of the Seward City Code, and as otherwise required by law;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF SEWARD, ALASKA, that:
Section 1. Linda S. Murphy shall be compensated at the rate of
$2950.00 per month, and further, is entitled to any additional fringe bene-
fits pursuant to Chapter 17 of the Seward City Code.
Section 2. This resolution shall take effect July 1, 1982.
PASSED AND APPROVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SEWARD,
