CITY OF SEWARD, ALASKA
RESOLUTION NO. 77-38
A RESOLUTION DISPOSING OF LOT 16, SEWARD INDUSTRIAL PARK,
AND ITS CONTIGUOUS TIDELANDS, BY LEASE TO DRESSER INDUSTRIES, INC.
WHEREAS, the City Council has earlier directed the City Manager,
in Resolution No. 970, to negotiate the lease of the property described
below to Dresser Industries, Inc., and
WHEREAS, a public hearing on the terms of said negotiated lease
has earlier been held, and
WHEREAS, the said property is hereby found not to have been
dedicated to public use;
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the real property known as
Lot 16 of the Seward Industrial Park, and its contiguous tidelands, more
particularly described in the lease, a copy of which is attached hereto
and incorporated herein by reference, be and the same hereby is disposed
of by lease according to the terms of the said lease.
This Resolution shall become effective pursuant to Section 2-85
of the Code of Ordinances of the City of Seward, Alaska.
PASSED AND APPROVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SEWARD,
ALASKA, this 26th day of Seutember , 1977.
