CITY OF SEWARD, ALASKA
RESOLUTION NO. 77-40
A RESOLUTION ACCEPTING THE STATE
GRANT IN CONNECTION WITH
SEWARD WATER SYSTEM IMPROVEMENTS
WHEREAS, the Seward City Council feels that it is in the public
interest to accept the State Grant offer of $270,000 for water system
improvements;
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
SEWARD, ALASKA, THAT:
Section 1. The City Manager is hereby authorized and directed to
execute the necessary documents to accept the grant in accordance with the
requirements of the State of Alaska.
Section 2. This resolution shall become effective immediately
upon passage and adoption.
PASSED AND ADOPTED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SEWARD,
ALASKA, this 26th day of September, 1977.
