CITY OF SEWARD, ALASKA
RESOLUTION NO. 77-45
A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE CITY MANAGER
TO EMPLOY TEMPORARY HELP FOR THE PURPOSE OF UP-DATING AS BUILT
UTILITIES MAP
AND REVISING THE CITY BUDGET FOR FISCAL YEAR 1977-78
TO REFLECT THE APPROPRIATION OF FUNDS
WHEREAS, maps are essential tools ror planning, and
WHEREAS, utilities maintenance costs have increased
because or lack or As Built Maps, and
WHEREAS, anti-recession runds are available to rund
continuing services, and
WHEREAS, such services are available within the pro-
posed budget or $7,000;
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Councilor
the city or Seward, Alaska, that the City Manager is hereby
authorized to employ the necessary temporary help to provide
said services;
AND, BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the attached amend-
ments or the 1977-78 fiscal year budget shall be made in order
to accurately rerlect the increase in revenues and allocations
to the City Manager's budget.

OF SEWARD, ALASKA this 19thday of October ,1977.
