CITY OF SEWARD, ALASKA
RESOLUTION NO. 77-47
A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE CITY MANAGER
TO PURCHASE ITEM~ OF EQUIPMENT BUDGETED
FOR IN 1977-78 EQUIPMENT BUDGET
WHEREAS, $75,000 was budgeted in 1977-78 Equipment Budget, and
WHEREAS, There is an immediate need for this equipment, and
WHEREAS, Bid's have been received for this equipment
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SEWARD,
ALASKA, THAT:
Section 1. The City Manager is hereby authorized and directed to purchase
the following items, the cost not to exceed those shown with the item
A. 197~ 10-12 Yd Dump Truck $ 23,580.00
B. 1978 3/4 Ton 4 WD Pickup 6,998.00
C. 3-l97~Compact Pickups 11,710.98
D. 1-1978 1/2 Ton Pickup 5,488.00
E. I-Air Compressor 5,032.00
F. I-Welder 2,725.11
Total Cost $ 55,534.09
Section 2. This resolution shall become effective immediately upon pass-
age and adoption.
PASSED AND ADOPTED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SEWARD, ALASKA,
this 14th day of November ,1977.
