RESOLUITON NO. 77- 52
A RESOLUTION AMENDING RESOLUTION 77-47
WHEREAS, there is an imnediate need for equipment authorized in section I,
paragraph s Band D of Resolution 77-47, and
WHEREAS, equipment has been located at a saving to the City,
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SEWARD,
AlASKA, THAT:
1. Section I, paragraph IS B and D of Resolution 77-47 are hereby amended
to read as follows:
B. 1977 3/4 ton 4WD pickup

D. 1977 % ton Pickup
Section 2. This resolution shall become effective imnediately upon pass-
age and adoption.
