CITY OF SEWARD, ALASKA
RESOLUTION NO. 78-7
A RESOLUTION REGARDING THE SMALL BOAT HARBOR,
SETTING THE FEES FOR THE BERTHING OF FLOAT PLANES
WHEREAS, the City of Seward has adopted Ordinance No.
entitled, "An Ordinance Regarding the Small Boat Harbor, Creating Seward
City Code Sec. 5-45. Seaplanes", and
WHEREAS, Ordinance No.452 specifies that the Seward City Council
will establish a fee schedule for float planes berthing in the Small
Boat Harbor, and
WHEREAS, the Seward Harbor Commission has recommended that the
fee for the berthing of seaplanes be commensurate with the daily transient
moorage fee for vessels;
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Cit~ Council of the City
of Seward, Alaska, that a fee in the amount of $4 per day shall be charged
float planes berthing in the confines of the Small Boat Harbor until such
time as this resolution is amended or repealed.
PASSED AND APPROVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SEWARD,
ALASKA, this 27th day of February , 1978.
