A RESOLU'rION SCHEDULING A SPECIAL PUBLIC
HEARItiG BEFORE TilE PLANNING AND ZmnNG
COr.1HISSION IN THE NA'fTER OF A CERTAIN
CONDITIONAL USE PERNIT APPLICATION
WHEREAS, Dqren E. Miller , is the holder of a
conditional use perm~t which was earlier issued by the City without
a prior adequate public hearing being held on the subject, and
WHEREAS, the said holder has assented to the holding of a
new public hearing on his application under the authority of
Emergency Ordinance No. 455
NOW, 'l'HEREFORE Be it Resolved by the City Council of the
City of Seward, Alaska that:
Section 1. A new public hearing before the Planning and
Zoning Commission shall be held on April 6, 1978, at 7:30 p.m. in
the Council Chambers on the subject of the conditioned use permit
application filed by the above-named holder.
Section 2. Public notice of the hearing shall be in
accordance with Section 2 of Ordinance No. 455
PASSED AND APPROVED by the City Council of the City of
SC';.,rard, Alaska this 27th day of Mar~h , 1978.
