CITY OF SEWARD, ALASKA
RESOLUTION NO. 78- 21
A RESOLUTION AMENDING RESOLUTION NO. 78-19
TO PREVENT DUPLICATE ALLOCATIONS OF SPECIAL PROJECTS MONIES
WHEREAS, Resolution No. 78-19 appropriated anti-recession funds
for both the Recreation Department and Special Projects, and
WHEREAS, the earlier appropriation of $11,383 for "Special Projects,
Personnel Services and Operations" made Resolution No. 78-19 incorrect to the
extent that it repeated that appropriation;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
SEWARD, ALASKA, that Resolution No. 78-19 is hereby amended by the deletion
therefrom of the entry concerning Special Projects in the amount of $11,383.
PASSED AND ADOPTED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SEWARD, ALASKA,
this 22nd day of May , 1978.
