CITY OF SEWARD, ALASKA
RESOLUTION NO. 78-22
A RESOLUTION DESIGNATING AREAS AS CAMPGROUNDS
AND ESTABLISHING CAMPING FEES
WHEREAS, Section 14-81.1 of the Seward City Code of Ordinances
provides for the designation of camping areas and the establishment of fees
by resolution of the City Council, and
WHEREAS, the City Council wishes to designate specific areas as
campgrounds and establish fees within the City limits;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
SEWARD, ALASKA, that the following areas are hereby designated as campgrounds:
(a) Forest Acres campground
(b) Seventh Avenue beach area east of 7th Avenue,
extending south of "B" Street to the inter-
section of Railway Avenue and 5th Street
(c) Small Boat Harbor parking area
AND, BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the fee for camping in the above-
designated camping areas within the City limits shall be three dollars ($3.00)
per day, payable in advance.
PASSED AND APPROVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SEWARD,
ALASKA, this 22nd day of May, 1978.
