CITY OF SEWARD, ALASKA
RESOLUTION NO. 78-24
A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE CITY MANAGER TO EXTEND
A SEWER LINE IN JESSE LEE HEIGHTS SUBDIVISION
WHEREAS. there is a sewer contractor working in the City of Seward,
and
WHEREAS, it is less costly to extend sewers before paving, and
WHEREAS, sewer lines will be needed in the Jesse Lee Home area;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
SEWARD, ALASKA, that the City Manager is hereby authorized to cause the sewer
line to be extended west along Bear Drive across Swetmann Avenue for approximately
200 feet at a cost not to exceed $10,000.
AND, BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that monies needed for said project shall be
charged to the Council Contingency Fund.
PASSED AND APPROVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SEWARD, ALASKA,
this 5th day of June , 1978.
