CITY OF SEWARD, ALASKA
RESOLUTION NO. 78-30
A RESOLUTION APPROPRIATING FUNDS RECEIVED FROM BUSINESS LICENSE TAX
AND REVISING THE CITY BUDGET FOR FISCAL YEAR 1977-78
TO REFLECT THE APPROPRIATION OF FUNDS
WHEREAS, the City has received business license taxes in excess
of those forecast, and
WHEREAS, expenses in the Small Boat Harbor are in excess of those
forecast;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF SEWARD, ALASKA, that the City Manager is hereby authorized to appropriate
$16,740 in business license tax revenues to the various departments as
follows:
Small Boat Harbor
Mayor & Council (Contingency)
$ 10,000
6,740
$ 16,740
AND, BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the attached amendments to the
1977-78 City budget shall be made in order to reflect the revenues.
PASSED AND APPROVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SEWARD,
ALASKA, this 19th day of June , 1978.
