CITY OF SEWARD, ALASKA
RESOLUTION NO. 78-31
A RESOLUTION CHARGING OFF AS UNCOLLECTIBLE
CERTAIN UTILITY ACCOUNTS
IN THE TOTAL AMOUNT OF $ 2,925.64
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SEWARD,
ALASKA, that the City Manager is hereby instructed to charge off as
uncollectible the attached list of utility accounts in the sum of
$ 2,925.64 and that the same shall be striken from the accounts receivable
of the City of Seward.
AND, BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Manager is further
instructed that should any of these accounts be paid, then such paid
accounts shall be deemed revived.
PASSED AND APPROVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SEWARD,
ALASKA, this 19th day of June , 1978.
