RESOLUTION 99-038
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SEWARD,
ALASKA, AUTHORIZING THE CITY MANAGER TO ENTER INTO A
CONTRACT WITH KUSTOM SIGNALS, INC. FOR THE PURCHASE OF
THREE (3) POLICE PATROL CAR VIDEO SURVEILLANCE SYSTEMS
FOR AN AMOUNT NOT TO EXCEED $17,364.00.
WHEREAS, the City properly advertised for the bids on the video systems; and
WHEREAS, Kustom Signals, Inc. was the only bidder; and
WHEREAS, the bid was responsive to the request for bids; and
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF SEWARD, ALASKA, that:
Section 1. The Seward City Council authorizes the City Manager to enter into a contract with
Kustom Signals, Inc. for the purchase of three (3) police patrol car video surveillance systems for
an amount not to exceed $17,364.00.
Section 2. This resolution shall take effect immediately upon its adoption.
PASSED AND APPROVED by the City Council of the city of Seward, Alaska, this 12th
day of April, 1999.
