RESOLUTION 99-109
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SEWARD,
ALASKA, AUTHORIZING THE CITY MANAGER TO APPROVE A
CHANGE ORDER IN THE AMOUNT OF $2,191.50 TO RESURREC-
TION RENTALS FOR PORT-A-POTTY RENTALS
WHEREAS, every year, portable toilets are needed in the city parks, campgrounds and
playfields to accommodate the public; and
WHEREAS, at the end of the fiscal year, the services required were over budget by
$2,191.50; and
WHEREAS, the parks maintenance division budget is under budget in other line items to
compensate for this overage; and
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF SEWARD, ALASKA, that:
Section 1. The City Manager is hereby authorized to approve a change order for purchase
order # 23741, for the sum of$2,191.50 to Resurrection Rentals.
Section 2. This resolution shall take effect immediately upon its adoption.
PASSED AND APPROVED by the City Council of the city of Seward, Alaska, this 9 day
of August, 1999.
