RESOLUTION NO. 92-003
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF SEWARD, ALASKA, RATIFYING THE KENAI PENINSULA CAUCUS 1992
STATEMENT OF LEGISLATIVE POSITIONS
WHEREAS, on January 13, 1992, the Kenai Peninsula Caucus
approved its 1992 Statement of Legislative Positions; and
WHEREAS, all member organizations have been asked to ratify
this document;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF SEWARD, ALASKA, that:
Section 1. The Kenai Peninsula Caucus 1992 Statement of
Legislative Positions, a copy of which is attached and incorporated
herein by reference, is hereby ratified.
Section 2. This resolution shall take effect inunediately upon
its adoption.
PASSED AND APPROVED by the City Council of the city of Seward,
Alaska, this 13th day of January, 1992.
