CITY OF SEWARD, ALASKA
RESOLUTION NO. 78-42
A RESOLUTION ACCEPTING THE STATE GRANT
IN CONNECTION WITH THE STEP I FACILITY
SEWERAGE PROJECT
WHEREAS, The Seward City Council feels that it is in the
public interest to accept the State Grant offer of $10,018 for the
Step I Facility Plan Sewerage Project.
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by the City Council of
the City of Seward, Alaska, that:
Section 1. The City Manager is hereby authorized and
directed to execute the necessary documents to accept the grant ln
accordance with the requirements of the State of Alaska.
Section 2. This resolution shall become effective immediate-
ly upon passage and adoption.
PASSED AND ADOPTED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SEWARD,
ALASKA, this 11 day of December, 1978.
