CITY OF SEWARD, ALASKA
RESOLUTION NO. 79-9
A RESOLUTION ACCEPTING THE
U.S. EPA GRANT IN CONNECTION WITH
THE STEP II SEWERAGE PROJECT DESIGN
WHEREAS, the Seward City Council feels that it is in the public
interest to accept the U. S. Environmental Protection Agency grant offer
of $283,875 for the Step II Design for the Sewerage Project.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF SEWARD, ALASKA, that:
Section 1. The City Manager is hereby authorized and directed to
execute the necessary documents to accept the grant in accordance with the
requirements of the U. S. Environmental Protection Agency.
Section 2. This resolution shall become effective immediately
upon passage and adoption.
PASSED AND APPROVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SEWARD,
ALASKA, this 12th day of March, 1979.
