CITY OF SEWARD, ALASKA
RESOLUTION NO. 79-10
A RESOLUTION REQUESTING THAT THE
PLAT OF TWO LAKES SUBDIVISION BE RESCINDED AND THE
ORIGINAL PLAT OF THE AREA BE REINSTATED
WHEREAS, the City of Seward did file the Two Lakes Subdivision
plat with the Seward Recording District on December 3, 1964, and
WHEREAS, the Seward Recorder filed this plat as plat 36 and
recorded the plat certificate in Book 35 of Records, Page 276, and
WHEREAS, the City of Seward was not the owner of all the property
described on the plat in December 1964, and
WHEREAS, the City of Seward current ly does not own all of the
property described in the plat.
BE IT THEREFORE RESOLVED THAT THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
SEWARD, ALASKA, requests that the Plat of Two Lakes Subdivision be rescinded
and that the original plat of the area be reinstated.
PASSED AND ADOPTED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SEWARD,
ALASKA, this 12th day of March, 1979.
