RESOLUTION NO. 79-12
A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING SIGNATURES FOR
CITY BANK ACCOUNTS AND RESCINDING ALL
PREVIOUS RESOLUTIONS IN CONFLICT HEREWITH
BE IT RESOLVED, that all Resolutions conflicting herewith are
hereby rescinded, and
BE IT FURTHER R~SOLVED, that any two of the following signatures
shall appear on all checks, drafts, notes or orders drawn against the
below captioned accounts maintained by The City of Seward, Alaska
