CITY OF SEWARD, ALASKA
RESOLUTION NO. 79-17
A RESOLUTION ACCEPTING THE
ALASKA STATE GRANT IN CONNECTION WITH
THE STEP II SEWERAGE PROJECT DESIGN
WHEREAS, the Seward City Council feels that it is in the public interest
to accept the Alaska Department of Environmental Conservation grant offer of
$47,313 for the Step II Design for the Sewerage Project.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
SEWARD, ALASKA, that:
Section 1. The City Manager is hereby authorized and directed to execute
the necessary documents to accept the grant in accordance with the requirements
of the Alaska Department of Environmental Conservation.
Section 2. This resolution shall become effective immediately upon
passage and adoption.
PASSED AND APPROVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SEWARD, ALASKA,
this 9th day of April 1979.
