CITY OF SEWARD, ALASKA
RESOLUTION NO. 79-28
A RESOLUTION SELECTING CERTAIN PARCELS OF LAND
NOMINATED BY THE CITY OF SEWARD
PURSUANT TO THE MUNICIPAL LAND ENTITLEMENT ACT
WHEREAS, the City did nominate certain lands located in the
Fourth of July Creek area on November 27, 1978, and filed as ADL No. 201288,
and
WHEREAS, joint consideration with the State of Alaska for a
portion of these lands was completed in accordance with AS 29.18.205 and
AAC 57.040 on June 7, 1979, and
WHEREAS, these lands are now cleared for selection by the City
of Seward;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF SEWARD, ALASKA:
Section 1. That the following lands are hereby selected
from the State of Alaska for conveyance to the City of Seward
pursuant to the provisions of the Municipal Land Entitlement
Act, as amended:
U.S. Survey No. 4827
U.S. Survey No. 4828, comprlslng of 473.87
acres, more or less
Section 2. That this resolution takes affect immediately upon
approval.
PASSED AND APPROVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SEWARD,
ALASKA, this 25th day of June, 1979.
