RESOLUTION NO. 79-38
A RESOLUTION SELECTING CERTAIN PARCELS OF LAND
NOMINATED BY THE CITY OF SEWARD
PURSUANT TO THE MUNICIPAL L~TD ENTITLEMENT ACT
WHEREAS, the City did nominate certain lands located
within its corporate boundaries on May 14, 1979 and August 13,
1979; and
WHEREAS, the City is desirous to select a portion of
this land in accordance with AS29.20l-2l3, as amended;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF SEWARD, ALASKA:
Section I. The following lands are hereby selected
from the State of Alaska for conveyance to the City of Seward
pursuant to the provisions of the Municipal Entitlement Act,
as amended:
(1) All of Tract A, State Division of Lands
Boundary Location Survey of portions of
U.S.Survey No. 149 and 2lf2, T.1N,R.1W.,
Seward Meridian, comprising 26.162 acres.
(2) All of Lot 1, U.S. Survey 3294, T.1S. ,R.1W.,
Seward Meridian, comprising 1.33 acres.
(3) All of the SEt of the NE! of the SE!, Section
28, T.1N, R.1W., Seward Meridian comprising
10 acres.
(4) All of the E~ of the SE! of the SE!, Section
28, T.1N, R.1W., Seward Meridian, comprising
20 acres.
Section II. That this resolution takes effect immediate-
ly upon adoption.
