A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THWCITY
OF SEWARD, ALASKA, APPROVING A VENDOR pl$MJT FOR
DENNIS AND CANDY PERRY TO SELL CONFEGTIONERIES
IN DOWNTOWN SEWARD
WHEREAS, Dennis and Candy Perry have app~ for a vendor permit to sell
confectioneries such as chocolates, candy, cookies, fud~ and cold drinks from a cart in
downtown Seward; and i .

WHEREAS, the Seward City Code provides ~Jlat vendor permits may be issued only by
resolution of the City Council;/
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOluVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF SEWARD, ALASKA, that: '

Section 1. A vendor permit sub'stantially in the form of the permit attached and
incorporated herein by reference is I}6reby granted to Dennis and Candy Perry to sell
confectioneries and cold drinks from a' cart in downtown Seward, provided that the permittees
meet all of the terms and condition~i~et forth in the permit form.
"
Section 2. This resoluti<;>6 shall take effect immediately upon its adoption.
PASSED AND AP~OVED by the City Council of the city of Seward, Alaska, this 25th
day of April, 1994.
