OF SEWARD, ALASKA, APPROVING THE SUBLEASE OF A PORTION OF LEASE
SITE RE-8S-049 BY INTEC, INC. DBA ALASKA TREKS N VOYAGES TO
DONNA MAREK DBA NIBBLES AND CHIPS FOR A PERIOD NOT TO
EXCEED SIX MONTHS
WHEREAS, Intec, Inc., dba Alaska Treks n Voyages, Lessee, leases land from the City
that is generally bound by the boat launch ramp to the north, the harbor basin to the east, the
south breakwater fIre lane to the south and the public parking lot along Fourth Avenue to the
west; and
WHEREAS, Lessee desires to sublease a portion of its lease site to Donna Marek dba
Nibbles and Chips for operation of a fast food wagon; and
WHEREAS, Sublessee has received a Conditional Use Permit from the Seward Planning
and Zoning Commission to operate a fast food wagon in the Harbor Commercial District subject
to consent by the city council to the sublet of a portion of the Intec Inc. lease site;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY TIm CITY co~ca OF TIm
CITY OF SEWARD, ALASKA, that:
Section 1. Intec, Inc., dba Alaska Treks n Voyages, is hereby authorized to sublease
a portion of lease site RE-85-049 to Donna Marek dba Nibbles and Chips for operation of a fast
food wagon for a period not to exceed six months subject to Lessee remaining totally responsible
for all provisions of the original lease agreements.
Section 2. This resolution shall take effect immediately upon its adoption.
PASSED AND APPROVED by the City Council of the city of Seward, Alaska, this
23rd day of May, 1994.
