CITY OF SEWARD, ALASKA
RESOLUTION NO. 94-074
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF SEWARD, ALASKA, RECLASSIFYING THE PARKS AND
RECREATION PROGRAM COORDINATOR POSITION
WHEREAS, the Fiscal Year 1995 city operating budget reflected a proposed
reclassification of the Parks and Recreation Program Coordinator position from a Range
12.0 to a Range 14.0j and
WHEREAS, full justification for the proposed reclassification was given to the
Council during the budget processj and
WHEREAS, there was no objection from the Council to the inclusion of the
reclassification and the attendant increase in salaryj and
WHEREAS, this reclassification has been proposed to bring the salary for this
position in line with similar positions in other communitiesj
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF SEWARD, ALASKA, that:
Section 1. The Parks and Recreation Program Coordinator position is hereby
reclassified from a Range 12.0 to a Range 14.0.
Section 2. This resolution shall take effect July 1, 1994.
PASSED AND APPROVED by the City Council of the city of Seward, Alaska, this
13th day of June, 1994.
